Imagine a future where strategic partnerships don’t just exist on slides – but actively drive pipeline, credibility, and market momentum.

At Verda, we’re building a fully featured European cloud computing platform designed for AI workloads. As we scale, our ecosystem partnerships play a critical role in how we go to market, position our platform, and create joint value with leading infrastructure and technology companies.

Join Verda while it’s still being built – not once it’s finished.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will build and own Verda’s partner marketing motion, working closely with strategic ecosystem partners to create scalable and measurable go‑to‑market programs. You will develop partner marketing playbooks, joint launch frameworks, field‑ready asset libraries, and co‑marketing calendars aligned to major industry events.

You will turn technical use cases and customer outcomes into clear joint solution narratives and reusable “Better Together” messaging frameworks that help both practitioners and enterprise buyers understand the value of the partnership.

You will design and activate partner GTM plays with defined buyer journeys, supporting collateral, and clear sales handoff processes. You will also coordinate co‑marketing programs across content, PR, engineering storytelling, launches, analyst engagement, and field activation.

A key part of your role will be translating technical proof points into customer‑facing materials—working directly with engineering and product teams to turn benchmarks, architectures, and deployment patterns into compelling partner content.

You will also establish and manage partner pipeline attribution, tracking partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced revenue, measuring program ROI, and building the business cases that unlock future co‑marketing investments.

Key Competencies

  • 6+ years of experience in partner or alliance marketing, including ownership of high‑value strategic technology partnerships
  • Experience working within or alongside GPU vendor, hyperscaler, or infrastructure partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise field organizations, MDF programs, and joint GTM planning operate
  • Demonstrated ability to build co‑marketing programs and joint value propositions that generated measurable pipeline impact
  • Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams to extract technical proof points and turn them into customer‑facing content
  • Strong written and visual communication skills across solution briefs, one‑pagers, presentations, and field enablement materials
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable building new functions, processes, and playbooks from scratch

Nice to have

  • Experience within the NVIDIA partner ecosystem
  • Experience working with regulated industries such as fintech, healthtech, automotive, or public sector organizations
  • Experience building a partner marketing function in a growth‑stage company

Practicalities

Location: Helsinki, Finland or London, UK

Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days a week.

Employment type: Full‑time and permanent
