  • Set strategic direction for SEND, ALS and High Needs.
  • Assure the quality of services and secure financial sustainability across the inclusion portfolio.
  • Provide strategic leadership, rigorous quality assurance and robust financial oversight.
  • Ensure learners with additional needs receive ambitious, inclusive and impactful education that prepares them for employment, further study and independent living.
