The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- AML checks and client onboarding
- Direct client communication and matter coordination
- Managing searches, enquiries and due‑diligence tasks
- Liaising with lenders, brokers, agents and other solicitors
- Progress chasing and keeping all parties updated
- Assisting with exchange, completion and post‑completion formalities
- Ensuring matters run efficiently and proactively resolving issues

We are looking for someone who brings both experience and the right mindset:
- Conveyancing experience is essential (2+ years)
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Confident communicating with clients directly
