Duties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry with a good restaurant and bar background
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to food and beverage management
