HRC Recruitment is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manufacturing & Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll be joining a thriving team, working alongside experienced and dedicated recruiters who are embedded in and knowledgeable about their market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Consistently achieving and surpassing revenue targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and client engagement.
  • Building on existing client relationships to generate additional vacancies and increase overall revenue.
  • Developing and sustaining strong client partnerships through clear communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Sourcing top-tier candidates using a range of tools including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screening CVs, conducting initial telephone interviews, and coordinating the interview process to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and suitability for client requirements.
  • Supporting candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to placement, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Researching client organisations, competitors, and market trends to gain insight into hiring needs and challenges.
  • Keeping up to date with market developments affecting recruitment, such as technological changes, economic shifts, and regulatory updates.
  • Monitoring and analysing KPIs including placements, interview conversion rates, and retention metrics to drive performance.
  • Completing additional ad hoc responsibilities as required.
