How It Works
Learn: Complete a period of full‑time academy training delivered remotely, paid from day one.
Work: Upon successful completion, become a ‘Spartan’ consultant and be assigned to work with a client as a DevOps Engineer.
Grow: Work with the client for up to 24 months, access upskilling, salary increases, and potentially convert to a full‑time employee with your assigned employer.
