The Role
As Planning Director, you will hold responsibility for bothtechnical leadership and commercial growth.
Your remit will include:
- Settingand delivering a regional growth strategy across Yorkshire
- Leadingmajor client accounts and securing new instructions
- Managinga pipeline of strategic residential and regeneration projects
- Developingand mentoring senior planners and future leaders
- Recruitingand building a high-performing planning team
- Leadinghigh-level planning appeals, inquiries and Local Plan examinations
- Overseeingproject profitability, budgets and operational performance
- Representingthe consultancy within the wider regional development market
