Salary £28,400 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

Partou Little Oaks Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee the daily running of a room, ensure children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS, lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of a nursery room and ensure activities align with EYFS
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for children and families
  • Develop positive partnerships with colleagues and families to support children’s learning

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Strong EYFS knowledge
  • Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
