Reward Analyst – ISS | London / Weybridge

ISS is seeking a Reward Analyst to join our Reward function, supporting the delivery of competitive, fair, and data‑driven reward strategies across the UK and Ireland business.

This role will play a key part in ensuring reward processes, data, and insights support strong decision‑making, governance, and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct market benchmarking and reward analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits
  • Analyse and interpret reward data to provide insights and support decision‑making
  • Support annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation and reporting
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of reward data across systems and tools
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations on reward metrics
  • Act as a key contact for reward‑related queries from internal stakeholders
  • Support development and implementation of reward policies and processes
  • Assist with job architecture, grading, and role evaluation frameworks
  • Support reward budgeting and tracking activities
  • Contribute to reward projects and wider strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant compensation regulations, including pay transparency requirements

Key requirements:

  • Experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a reward‑related role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced Excel and experience with HRIS or data systems
  • Understanding of reward principles, job evaluation, and benchmarking
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
