Monday to Thursday 8-4:45 / Early finish Friday

Responsibilities
- Leading the Mechatronics function within the R&D department and delivering projects in line with business and R&D objectives
- Leading the development of mechatronics products & new technologies across the business.
- Managing mechatronics resource planning, project timing plans and application engineering activities
- Defining technical specifications, test requirements and ensuring design targets are achieved in line with DVP&R
- Providing technical liaison with customers and suppliers, including attending meetings on-site and abroad
Qualifications
- Degree in a recognized engineering qualification (Mechatronics related subjects are advantageous)
- Strong background of mechatronics including mechanical, electrical, hardware and software development
- Proven leadership experience
