What You'll Do

  • Attend nationwide breakdowns and emergency call-outs, delivering rapid repairs
  • Carry out servicing, inspections, and installations of overhead cranes, hoists, gantries, and lifting systems
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural faults; apply permanent fixes or safe temporary repairs
  • Complete inspection reports, service documentation, and ensure compliance with safety legislation
  • Maintain strong customer service and represent the company on-site with professionalism
  • Travel and overnight stays as required

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer / Crane Engineer / Mechanical-Electrical Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Able to work independently and handle client-facing situations confidently
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
  • Flexible to travel and stay away when needed
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and solution-focused
