- Receiving incoming calls and online enquiries
- Building rapport with customers
- Understanding their need for the product and qualifying its suitability
- Explaining the company and product benefits
- Booking appointments for our demonstrators to show the customer product
Candidate Profile
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with customers along with patience
- Reliable, trustworthy and motivated
- Ability to achieve both personal and team targets

Hours
Monday‑Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. You must be prepared to work every other Saturday for which you receive a day in lieu during that week. There is also a rotation of one in ten Sundays (10am‑4pm).
Salary
Our current team earn between £35,000‑£45,000, built up of £25,000 basic salary with commission on top (uncapped commission structure).
