Confidential Opportunity – Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
A leading independent school foundation is seeking to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer to join its Senior Leadership Team in a newly created role.
This is a strategic appointment focused on driving sustainable growth in non-fee income, diversifying revenue streams and unlocking the commercial potential of the organisation’s assets, brand and market position.
Key areas of focus include:
- Developing and delivering a Foundation-wide commercial strategy
- Growing revenue through programmes, partnerships and asset utilisation
- Overseeing holiday programmes, lettings and campus-based opportunities
- Identifying and executing strategic partnerships, including M&A and joint ventures
- Building robust financial plans, KPIs and commercial business cases
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute leader with a track record of revenue growth, business development and strategic delivery, ideally within education or similarly complex, stakeholder-led environments.
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a commercial function from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership and Governors to support long-term financial sustainability.
