Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager at JOE & THE JUICE you assist the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring high performance, compliance with market‑specific legal requirements, company policies, and risk & compliance structures. You lead and engage the team to create great guest experiences and drive store performance targets through commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and enforce hygiene, health and safety standards.
- Assist in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback, in‑store training and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a guest‑first approach, building strong guest relations and increasing overall guest loyalty.
- Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to achieve or exceed defined KPI targets.
- Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key‑holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced team environment; experience with teams of more than 10 employees is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated to develop as a people‑centric leader and grow a career in management.
Salary Range: £15.75 – £15.75 GBP
