My client a managing agent seeks a Residential Facilities Manager with experience in looking after multiple buildings in close proximity sites comprising of single dwellings and high rise blocks. You will be responsible for sites all located in the City and West End of Central London. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meeting with the owners of the portfolio too.

You will report to an Associate Director and there is certainly scope to grow and develop in the role. You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.

There is the ability to work flexibly. You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets. A great opportunity to join an organisation that is growing in size due to organic growth where opportunity to develop your career will be offered.
