The Role

You’ll drive the creative vision for retail experiences that shape culture: leading concept development from initial ideation through detail design and client delivery, owning projects both small and large, translating cultural insight into spatial narratives that cut through noise and create meaningful brand connections. It’s important that you take ownership of the full design journey, interrogating briefs to identify key objectives and using commercial constraints as creative catalysts.

Representing the studio confidently, you’ll be comfortable in client meetings, articulating design direction and defending creative decisions, as well as mentoring junior team members in a collaborative environment, setting standards through proactive energy.

The Package

Hybrid working: 3 days in the studio

20 holiday days plus all bank holidays, birthday, and festive period

Additional loyalty days after 3 years

Private healthcare and wellbeing cashback scheme

Generous pension contributions and life assurance

The Person

A Mid-Senior 3D designer with 5+ years at agencies, currently working on retail store design or activations. Strong SketchUp and V-Ray skills are key, with portfolio work that demonstrates creative flair beyond straight-to-CAD approaches.

Commercially grounded but bringing a creative personality and unconventional thinking to projects, you’re someone who is confident in client-facing situations from day one and ready to voice opinions and contribute to creative direction in a truly collaborative environment.

A more diverse team is a more creative team.

It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.

All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
