If the answer is "Yes", then Holcim are looking for someone like you to join as a Senior Financial Analyst, to deliver high quality finance support services to the division. Someone to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in asking challenging questions.


Role - Senior Financial Analyst


Pay - £250 – 400 per day dependant on experience


Location - Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD (hybrid 1-2 days in the office)


Shift pattern - Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, 08:00-17:00 (1 hour unpaid break daily)


Duration - Till the end of Dec


Responsibilities



  • Review and analyse the financial and sustainability performance of the Division.

  • Provide analytical business decision support (market, product, customer and commercial) to improve financial performance.

  • Support the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and capex processes. Execute key components of the planning process according to defined timelines.

  • Review the financial and sustainability results of the Division in line with month end close timelines and in compliance with Minimum Control Standards

  • Support the delivery of the annual audit program to meet Holcim Group and Companies House requirements in line with instruction and scope.

  • Provide corporate presentations and analysis using pie charts, data tables etc

  • Manage and collaborate with the outsourced hub team in India

  • 1 day per month travelling to other sites across the UK to support with audits


Experience needed



  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

  • Part qualified AAT would be considered if you have experience working within a large corporation

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with quick turn arounds and strict deadlines

  • Experience of Google suite (sheets, slides, docs)

  • Experience with MS office (Excel, word)

  • Experience of ERP systems E1/SAP (Desirable)

  • Experience with reporting systems Qlikview and Insight (desirable)
