Project Manager (Southern Water)

Location: Falmer, East Sussex | Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with all teams, including Kier wider teams, clients, designers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the project meets all objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the team.
  • Identify and develop talent and create a positive and productive work environment that promotes Kier culture.
  • Manage procurement process for all equipment, materials and services, ensuring that budget and programme are met.
  • Implement Kier policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget forecast, and to required quality and environmental standards.
  • Support the £3.1bn strategic development partnership framework for the current asset management period (AMP8).

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Full driving licence.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working on a variety of projects in the water sector.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and procurement skills.
