Corporate / Private Equity Associate (3-5 PQE)
We are working with a leading international law firm on a Corporate Associate opportunity within their growing London Private Equity and M&A team. The position is suited to a 4 – 7 year PQE Associate.
This role will involve working closely with a recently appointed market-leading partner on a broad range of domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. The practice advises leading private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and multinational corporates across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on complex international transactions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the practice, benefiting from excellent client exposure, significant responsibility and direct partner access from the outset. This opportunity would suit an ambitious corporate lawyer looking to join an expanding platform with strong momentum in the London market.
You will work on sophisticated, high-value transactions across Europe, middle-east and Africa as part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. The firm offers a highly competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
