About the Role

  • You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the signed commercial contract until the final closing.
  • You will be the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams.
  • As overall owner of the process, you will manage tasks across departments to ensure timely and proper delivery.
  • Communicate product and process needs to HQ, working with product/engineering to consolidate requirements and prioritize them with the product team.
  • Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to address potential user incidents managed by the support team.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place to meet project goals.
  • Depending on the event, your presence on site may be required during launch or other key dates.

About You

  • 2+ years in a project management or consulting role (event experience is a plus).
  • Bilingual English speaker, other languages are a plus.
  • A huge appetite for learning and quick skill acquisition; strong analytical, relationship management, and organisational skills.
  • Solution‑focused, identifying problems and creating resolution plans.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven record of building positive relationships.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Curious and eager to push boundaries and try new concepts.
  • Able to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent about efforts.
  • Can think strategically when faced with an event partnership brief or proprietary data on what events work.
  • Capable of handling large amounts of work and parallel work streams.
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and perform all required event tasks.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • Strong academic background is a plus.
