We are currently looking for Management Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team enables clients to successfully implement bold solutions, solving their most pressing problems.
Our Advisory team is recognised in the market for the quality of its people. Beyond expertise in one or more of our core consulting disciplines (Procurement & Supply Chain, Capital Programmes, Investment, Asset Strategy, Sustainability, People & Change and Digital Transformation) and/or Industries (Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology and Real Estate & Development), you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and a talent for showing clients that we have the right solutions to their most pressing issues.
All programmes are invariably connected with the impact of built assets on the performance of the organisation.
Role accountabilities
- Visioning and strategy development
- Diagnostic organisation assessments and planning
- Solution design and implementation
- Stakeholder management, communication and engagement
- Benefits articulation, management, and realisation
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from project mobilisation through to handover, focusing on understanding client’s needs, building lasting relationships and delivering on our promises.
- Management of workstream resources, supporting people care, capability development and actively contributing to a high performing, inclusive culture on projects.
- Active member of your core capability community of practice, supporting continuous development of our methodologies and toolkits.
- Supporting propositions, pursuits and sales.
Qualifications & Experience
Beyond expertise in one of our industries and core capabilities, you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and an ability to bring innovative and creative ideas to deliver lasting client impact.
