You will also play a key role in candidate engagement, leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) and coordinating recruitment events to attract top talent.
Job Description:
- Create and publish job postings across multiple job portals
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential hires throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram for recruitment and engagement
- Plan and execute recruitment events
Requirements:
- ✅ No prior experience needed—training will be provided!
- ✅ Minimum qualification: Local Diploma or higher
- ✅ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
