Job Description

As a Inventory Supervisor, you'll ensure our warehouse stock and systems are accurate, optimised and reliable.

You’ll be a WMS super‑user, coach and analyst who ensures stock integrity, drives counting disciplines, supports system changes and helps the operation meet customer service targets. This is a practical, visible role with real impact on stock losses, space utilisation and service performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain WMS data integrity to optimise stock levels, storage space and planning.
  • Lead cycle count programs and turn count results into corrective actions that reduce losses.
  • Coordinate stock transfers and rotations to protect product quality and availability.
  • Support UAT and act as a super‑user for WMS improvements and process changes.
  • Train and support operational teams on WMS use and inventory best practice; provide refresher coaching.
  • Monitor item data capture and resolve inaccuracies to keep the system audit‑ready.
  • Drive layout, housekeeping and health‑check routines to sustain efficient operations.
  • Escalate risks and advise management on risks that could affect performance.
  • Champion SHEQ standards and ensure team adherence to safety and quality procedures.

  • Practical understanding of inventory control principles, stock rotation and warehouse housekeeping.
  • Experience working with shift teams, warehouse operatives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
