The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Civil partnership matters

The role will involve managing day‑to‑day files independently whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts and referrers. Candidates will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the department.

Qualifications

The firm is seeking somebody who is personable, organised and client‑focused with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to their work. Previous experience handling family law matters is essential, and knowledge of legal aid work would be advantageous although not essential.
