Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate Intern to join our team. The role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and is ideal for a fluent Portuguese or Spanish speaker interested in investor communication and relationship management within a fast‑paced investment environment. The intern will work directly with senior leadership on content development, investor reporting, and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and translate investor presentations, factsheets, and updates across English and Portuguese.
- Support the drafting and coordination of investor reports and meeting follow‑ups.
- Help maintain CRM systems and manage investor communication workflows.
- Assist in responding to investor due diligence requests and onboarding requirements.
- Conduct investor mapping and market research across Portuguese‑speaking markets.
- Support strategic investor communication and brand positioning across Open Oceans strategies.
- Join investor calls and meetings, providing notes and supporting materials where needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese / Spanish preferably (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Interest in finance, asset management, or investor relations.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a lean team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
- Background in business, finance, communications, or a related field.
