Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising processes and investor outreach initiatives across European and international markets
- Managing and developing relationships with existing and prospective LPs
- Lead investor communications including quarterly reporting, AGM materials, and strategic updates
- Work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and capital formation initiatives
- Partnering with investment and finance teams to communicate portfolio performance and market insights to investors
- Representing the firm in investor meetings, conferences, and relationship management activities
- Supporting broader strategic and ESG-related communications across the platform
Requirements
- Senior-level experience within Investor Relations, fundraising, or capital formation (6+ years)
- Strong understanding of private markets and institutional investors
- Experience within private equity, technology investing, alternative assets, investment banking, or asset management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively within a lean, high-performing environment
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
- European languages skills (German, Swedish, French, Dutch strongly preferred)
