The Role

As Industrial Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy:

  • Identify, target, and secure new industrial customers
  • Lead, coach, develop a team of Business Development Managers
  • Develop bespoke proposals that add tangible value to clients while meeting commercial objectives
  • Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning

Base pay range

£60,000 – £70,000 per year (London area, dependent on experience)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Proven experience selling energy supply (electricity, gas, or related services) to industrial clients
  • Commercially savvy; understands market drivers, pricing models, and procurement processes in the energy sector
  • Entrepreneurial; able to spot opportunities and act decisively to capture them
  • Relationship-focused with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
