Kontrast Leeds – General Manager

Full Time – Must be happy to work weekends

We’re opening our second site in Leeds! We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead the space day-to-day, build community, encourage connections and shape the team!

This is a role for someone who understands both operations and creating an experience – from running a tight ship behind the scenes to creating a warm, welcoming, community-driven space.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations across sauna, ice baths and café
• Managing team rotas
• Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness and customer experience
• Handling stock, ordering and suppliers
• Supporting onboarding and training of new staff

You must have:

• Barista training and café experience
• Strong understanding of operational management
• Experience running or supporting a café / hospitality venue
• Confidence leading a small team and setting standards

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership of the space
• Is proactive, organised and calm under pressure
• Able to protect consistency of the Kontrast brand and atmosphere
• Experience within events, hospitality and a multi-site venue
• A True understanding and passion for building community
