Hours- Full time ( 40hrs per week) and permanent

About the Role:As the Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Chelmsford facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality patient care and enhancing staff performance, ultimately impacting the lives of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage the nursing home staff to deliver exceptional care.* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.* Oversee budget management and resource allocation.* Foster a positive and collaborative environment for staff and residents.* Address and resolve issues related to patient care and staff performance.* Liaise with families to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.* Monitor and evaluate service delivery for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:* Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting.* Strong communication abilities with staff, residents, and families.* In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and CQC standards.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.* Experience in staff management and development.* Organizational skills to manage facility operations effectively.
Desirable Skills:* Experience in change management and process improvement.* Ability to develop and implement innovative care strategies.* Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications:* Must be nurse qualified with a valid PIN.* Currently CQC registered as a Nursing Home Manager.* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
