A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Birmingham. The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:
- M&A transactions
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
- Corporate governance and general advisory matters

The Candidate
- England and Wales qualified solicitor.
- Experienced Corporate Solicitor with proven transactional expertise
- Excellent commercial and technical skills
