About the Role
A highly respected wealth management firm is seeking an experienced IFA Performance Manager to take ownership of adviser output, development, and commercial success. This is a pivotal role focused on elevating adviser capability, driving revenue growth, and building a best‑in‑class advisory team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring they operate at the highest level of performance whilst supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day performance of Financial Advisers
- Set, monitor, and drive KPIs and revenue targets
- Deliver structured coaching and development programmes
- Support advisers with business development strategies
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of new advisers
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives
Requirements
- Experience managing Financial Advisers within a wealth management or banking environment
- Previous experience as an Adviser is essential
- Strong understanding of sales processes within financial planning
- Demonstrable success in improving team performance
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
