We are looking for a part‑time (22.5 hours) Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, or a qualified CBT Therapist to join the Staff Psychological Service within our Occupational Health team.

About the Role

The Staff Psychological Service is a growing and evolving team that supports staff experiencing work‑related psychological difficulties.

  • Provide psychological assessments and evidence‑based therapy to staff.
  • Deliver group and team‑based interventions.
  • Offer consultation to teams and managers across the organisation.

The postholder will promote the psychological health and wellbeing of staff members accessing the service, provide psychological assessment, interventions, evaluation of services, and contribute to service development, audit, research projects and teaching.

Qualifications & Experience

A qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, or a qualified CBT therapist. Prior experience supporting staff is beneficial, but not required; an interest in staff psychological support is essential.
