About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to lead our well-established care home in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:* Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements* Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for all residents* Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders* Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent inspection outcomes
Requirements:* Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a similar leadership role* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN (preferred)* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
