About the Role
We are looking for an ilearn Lead to join our team at Harrogate Campus. The role involves leading the implementation and delivery of independent skills development, supporting Harrogate students and ensuring the service runs smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Act as a standard bearer and advocate for the benefits and impacts of skills development, driving our internal skills development strategy.
- Be responsible for liaising with curriculum staff to ensure that the skills and opportunities we offer meet their needs.
- Innovate in your approach to delivery and skills development, utilising a blended approach where needed.
- Lead and support the Harrogate Campus ilearn teams to ensure they have the tools and skills to deliver on their curriculum skills development requirements.
- Manage a resource budget for the site, working with teaching staff to ensure students have the required study resources.
About You
- Experience and ability to communicate clearly with curriculum teams, external stakeholders and staff in an engaging manner.
- Prepared to take risks, try new approaches to solve problems and realise opportunities when they present themselves.
- Experience in line management and leadership, particularly supporting your team to develop.
- Desire for self‑development, displaying a can‑do approach to continuous professional development.
- Experience in managing finances or budgets, ensuring value for money and impact of investment.
