Turner Property Recruitment is partnering with a leading Project & Building Consultancy in London to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Senior Associate to join one of the most successful and profitable teams within the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional, ideally from a Building Surveying background although not essential, to join a high-performing team delivering commercial office and industrial projects across London.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of internal refurbishment and fit-out projects, typically ranging between £1m–£2m, while also helping to strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of the team.

The position sits within a specialist team of four, recognised internally as one of the consultancy’s most profitable groups, providing strong exposure to established clients and high-quality project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver commercial office and industrial refurbishment projects from inception through to completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage consultant teams and coordinate project delivery
  • Oversee programme, procurement, risk, and reporting processes
  • Provide strategic advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support the growth of the team through client relationship management and business development

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment / fit-out projects within a consultancy environment
  • Ideally from a Building Surveying background
  • Operating at Senior Project Manager, Associate Director or Senior Associate level
  • Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£2m range
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Candidates who can bring or develop their own client base would be particularly attractive

Candidates whose experience is predominantly focused on tenant/occupier-led fit-out may be less aligned with the role.
