• Managing customer appointments and bookings efficiently
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
• Overseeing POS processes, promotions, and accurate cash handling
• Ensuring excellent housekeeping standards across the showroom and back‑of‑house areas
• Strong commercial awareness with a passion for retail performance
