The Role

An established North East law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy property team in a blended role handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, refinances, sales and purchases, title matters and general transactional support, with the position suited to someone comfortable managing lower-value and lower-complexity files while working closely with experienced senior fee earners in a supportive environment.

The Candidate

Applications are invited from Solicitors with 2+ years’ PQE and experience in commercial property, residential conveyancing or a combination of both, who are confident managing their own caseload, commercially aware, organised and keen to develop within a broad property role offering varied work, hands-on exposure and long-term progression opportunities.
