Associate / Junior Associate – Cost Management

We are seeking a talented Senior Cost Manager or Junior Associate, ideally already operating in a team lead capacity, to join this bright and ambitious business. The role offers strong commercial sector exposure, working with lenders, developers, investors, and technology companies to deliver transformational buildings and workplaces where people can collaborate and thrive.

We would be keen to speak with individuals who meet the following criteria:
- MRICS qualified
- Some team leadership or management experience
- Commercial sector consultancy cost management experience, ideally with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- A strong track record delivering London-based projects autonomously and successfully
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A natural ability and desire to build and nurture both existing and new client relationships
