The Role

You’ll be out in the field carrying out on‑site hardware repairs, component replacements, and client site support across the greater Belfast area. It’s a hands‑on, customer‑facing role with real autonomy day to day.

What We’re Looking For

We hire on aptitude and attitude as much as experience. Strong candidates will have a practical mindset, natural confidence with customers, and a willingness to learn. Backgrounds in IT repair, retail tech, or any trade involving hands‑on diagnostics are all relevant.

• Comfortable working independently and representing the company on client sites
• Familiar with IT hardware and able to absorb technical processes quickly
• Full clean driving licence

Desirable

CompTIA A+/Network+, Dell or Lenovo hardware experience
