With a strong pipeline of housing‑led schemes, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a newly established team, contributing across all stages of the design and delivery process.
This role would suit a Senior Architect with a passion for design‑led housing projects and a collaborative approach. You will contribute to concept development, planning and delivery, while helping shape the direction and growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and contribute to housing projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
- Support concept design and planning strategies for successful applications
- Develop design solutions in collaboration with senior leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and contractors
- Produce high‑quality drawing packages for planning, tender and construction
- Oversee site stages and ensure design intent is delivered on site
- ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
- Strong experience delivering UK housing projects across multiple stages
- Excellent design and technical knowledge with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
