The role

  • Own the full commercial agenda, including multi-channel campaigns, branded partnerships, sponsorships, and new revenue products
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and account management teams

  • Identify and launch new commercial opportunities across content, commerce, and integrated campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to ensure commercial activity is aligned and premium
  • Use data and insights to optimise pricing, partnerships, and growth

About you

  • Extensive experience in digital media sales, branded content, partnerships, or affiliate-led businesses
  • Senior leadership experience within premium, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands
  • Strong London-based network of brands, agencies, and partners
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Commercially strategic but hands-on, with a relationship-driven approach and strong negotiation skills
  • Passionate about high-quality content, consumer engagement, and brand partnerships

What success looks like

  • Early months: assess current revenue streams and define a clear commercial roadmap
  • 6 months: strengthen key partnerships and unlock new revenue streams
  • 12 months: scale the commercial function, diversify revenue, and position the business for its next phase of growth
