We’re partnering with a high-performing, privately owned main contractor delivering projects across education, commercial, industrial, and leisure sectors, with a strong pipeline secured through public sector frameworks and key private partnerships.

This is a true leadership role, full autonomy, full P&L, and a seat at the table.

What you’ll do

• Lead and grow the Midlands region
• Own strategy, performance, and delivery
• Drive work-winning and client relationships
• Oversee projects from pre-con to final account
• Build and lead high-performing teams

What you’ll bring

• Senior leadership experience in main contracting
• Track record delivering £50m+ regional turnover or have the ability to step up to this level
• Experience across education, commercial, industrial & leisure sectors
• Strong commercial and operational expertise
• Public sector framework experience
