About the Role
You'll be teaching motivated adult learners across a range of proficiency levels, helping them build real-world English skills for the workplace, study, and life.
Day to day, you'll:
- Deliver engaging lessons in General English, Business English, and workplace communication
- Prepare learners for IELTS, TOEFL, and other international exams where required
- Assess and track learner progress with regular evaluations and feedback
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to learner needs
- Use interactive methods, technology, and real-world communication tasks
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL
- 3–5+ years' experience teaching English to adults
- Native-level British English speaker
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Confident with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms
Bonus points for:
- Master's in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education
- Business English / corporate training experience
- Previous experience in the Gulf region, particularly Saudi Arabia
- Exam preparation experience (IELTS, TOEFL)
