Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse working for HCRG Care Group, you will collaborate with our multi‑disciplinary teams (about 30 staff) at Livingstone Community Hospital. Your responsibilities include holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care. You will support rehabilitation and encourage independent living.
Your role will involve working with the rapid response team (Nurses and Therapists) and the community team (Nurses and Care Assistants) to deliver optimal patient care. You will receive support from managers, colleagues and our TLE department during onboarding, with a preceptorship scheme for newly qualified staff and a return‑to‑practice opportunity.
Ongoing development is supported through regular team meetings, one‑to‑one sessions with managers, and access to modern equipment to maintain high clinical standards. You will help the organisation excel in the CQC domains.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a license to practice.
- Confident user of IT systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to cover all shift patterns, including nights and weekends.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Fluent in the use of clinical IT systems.
