ARCA is supporting an aerospace programme to bring in multiple Senior Design Engineers on a contract basis.

These are hands‑on roles within an established design team, working across airframe structures on a live programme.

The work:

• Design and development of airframe primary and secondary structures
• CAD modelling and drawing release using CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx)
• Working closely with stress, manufacturing and wider engineering teams to resolve design challenges
• Contributing to design reviews and supporting progression through the design lifecycle

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience across airframe structures (primary and/or secondary)
• Confident user of CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx)
• Experience operating at design check / approval level is a strong advantage
• Composite design experience would be beneficial

Details:

• Contract: 4–5 months initially – outside IR35
• Location: Bristol with hybrid working
