You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is—but this role is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same, and you’ll enjoy the freedom of working outside and the experience of real job progression. Be aware that you’ll only be working 4 days out of 7 each week.

No experience? No problem. We’ll fully train and support you through a detailed onboarding stage, and you’ll have a dedicated mentor for ongoing guidance.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers’ homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
  • Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.

The must haves

  • A UK manual driving licence.
  • Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
