Position

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) is seeking a HR Data and Governance Lead. You will join the Corporate Services Group responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services to the MCA.

  • Data reporting, insight and assurance
  • Governance, risk and compliance
  • Leadership and team management
  • Systems oversight

  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder demands, negotiate priorities and influence decisions
