Key Responsibilities of theGAUCHO Assistant General Manager
- Work with the General Manager to execute therestaurantplan in place to beat the budget, driving top line sales
- Oversee teamobjectivesandengagingdevelopment plans,whilstexecuting the succession plan
- Drives GAUCHOculture, inspires,guidesand educatesall hourly team members
- Ensures a fully trained teamregardingcompliance and is personally fully trained, achieving above 95% on shield and food audits
- Supports theGeneral Manager with bespoke local initiatives and local advertising
- Enforcesbrand standardsin regards tostrong and consistentguest feedback and mystery dinerresults
Requirements for GAUCHO Assistant General Manager
- Excellent communicator and inspirational leader
- Proven record of managingrestaurantfinance andP&L
- An in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
- WSET Level 2 desirable
