Are you a highly organised, proactive leader with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for an Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the site, ensuring all activities are completed safely, accurately, and in line with company procedures.
This is a key role within the operation, supporting the Operations Manager while maintaining strong relationships across departments and with customers. If you're ready to take ownership and make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day office and administrative operations, ensuring all site functions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards, while supporting the Operations Manager as deputy.

- HR, Compliance & Communication – Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and overtime, support HR processes, and work closely with site management and central teams to maintain compliance and drive operational development.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an office management or administrative leadership role, ideally within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using systems such as WMS and TMS, with confidence in reporting and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and customer relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of HR processes and health and safety requirements.
We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from persons regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity. At Lineage we also recognise that Ex-Military, veterans, and military families have great experience with transferable skills and core values that can add significant value to our organisation.
What's in it for me?
- A permanent opportunity with a direct employer; we will not employ you through an agency.
- Opportunity to develop a career within an industry leading global company.
- Opportunity to earn an extra day of annual leave each year, up to the maximum of one extra week for length of service.
- Free onsite car park
- Support your emotional well-being with access to a 24/7 employee assistance phone line offering confidential free counselling and advice.
