Working for an established provider of care and support to vulnerable people with learning disability, complex needs and mental health needs we are seeking a skilled Supported Living Manager to oversee supported living services in Workington area, Cumbria. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services for adults with learning disability. Manage and support a team of care staff, providing supervision, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality care delivery. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in supported living, adult social care, or a similar setting, with a strong understanding of care standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with service users, families, and professionals. Car driver with access to your own vehicle. Flexibility to be part of the Oncall rota ( currently 1 in 4 weeks which may increase to every 6 weeks) paid at £65.00 on call allowance and to be flexible to pick up shifts where the service requires it.
